Full nonrefundable payment is required to hold a reservation
Reservations are only available in one-hour increments on the hour
Main season: appointments up to 7 days in advance
Offseason: same-day appointments only, with the exception of rainy weekends
Policy on postponements / cancellations
You may postpone your reservation with at least 24 hours’ notice
We cannot change appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice
Reservations cannot be cancelled or refunded
